Responsibilities
Perform heavy equipment maintenance including installation, repair, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance; Disassemble and reassemble engines and mechanical units to inspect and diagnose parts; Repair and overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment; Repair air conditioning systems; Calibrate load monitoring indicators; Rebuild hydraulic cylinders, valves, planetary drive units, suspensions, springs, bushings, and centre pivots; Replace seals, bearings, axle brakes, and crane rigging; Provide input and data for processing work orders, invoices, and equipment repair records; Comply with safety policies and hazardous waste disposal procedures; Perform recovery operations as required; Act as a point of contact for maintenance issues in the absence of the supervisor.
