Lead full lifecycle of large-scale capital construction projects from entitlement to turnover; Manage base build construction including site development, structural systems, MEP, and architectural finishes; Coordinate integration of hazardous materials systems and ISO-classified cleanrooms; Navigate regional entitlement processes and engage with local government; Serve as primary liaison between local contractors and global leadership; Implement project controls for cost, schedule, and risk; Develop resource plans and lead due diligence for funding approval; Lead development of regional project pipeline; Contribute to global Design and Construction Center of Excellence; Negotiate scopes and KPIs for third-party firms; Drive executive-level supplier management of service providers.
