Review new product requirements and translate them into handler and contactor capability needs; Establish, qualify, and release test handler conversion kits and test contactor capability for new product releases, migrations and resiliency projects; Coordinate with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, and Subcontractor Engineering to ensure equipment readiness for product release; Ensure qualification, release, and implementation activities are completed on time to meet project milestones; Review and approve requirements and project documentation in PRIME, APR, TCD and other related systems; Communicate technical requirements, progress, and risks clearly to internal stakeholders and subcontractor engineering teams; Drive issue resolution related to hardware capability, qualification gaps, and schedule readiness; Support continuous improvement of equipment qualification and release processes for new products; Enroll and update projects in TRB until close
