Design project milestones and manage schedules for new plant construction, write technical proposals and manage CAPEX budgets, establish long-term technology roadmaps and data-driven project reporting, review basic plant designs and optimize site layouts, analyze major equipment (compressors, pumps, chillers) and gas plant data to improve efficiency, propose yield improvement and energy saving solutions based on operating condition analysis, establish equipment safety evaluation and technical support guidelines, manage EPC construction permits and risks, review procurement of key equipment and manage vendors, lead technical communication with internal and external stakeholders
