Responsibilities
Manage Database Operations for Medline, providing guidance and mentorship to strengthen the capability in India; Deliver end to end support for Medline's Database Infrastructure, on-premises and on public cloud, ensuring high availability and performance of all Database components; Diagnose and resolve database-related issues promptly to minimize downtime; Identifying opportunities for improving Database availability and reliability through continuous assessments and recommending solutions; Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, standards, processes & procedures, policies and other artefacts as required from time to time; Maintain compliance of Database infrastructure defined by Medline's security practices and policies; Ensure effective disaster recovery operations and backups.
