Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 IAM specialists, engineers and analysts; Oversee engineering and operational tasks across IAM; Manage 24x7x365 on-call support for critical IAM services; Serve as SME and escalation point for critical issues; Ensure IAM implementations align with internal security policies and regulatory requirements; Drive adherence to compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001; Lead IAM initiatives from planning through execution; Identify and implement automation opportunities using scripting, APIs, and orchestration tools; Own budgeting and financial planning for IAM programs, including vendor selection and contract management.
