Responsibilities
Support full system integration to ensure compliance with technical specifications, on-time delivery, and quality standards through to final installation; Perform functional, operational, and system-level testing, including calibration, verification, and troubleshooting of sub-assemblies and complete systems; Diagnose and resolve system- and component-level issues across electrical, mechanical, optical, and process domains; Execute in-house Customer Acceptance Tests and contribute to validation activities; Travel to customer sites to support installation, start-up, commissioning, and provide technical assistance; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, build, and test new systems; Evaluate system performance, quality, and configuration issues; Perform rework, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions; Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including test reports, logbooks, and procedures; Follow and contribute to the improvement of operational procedures, processes, and best practices; Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
