Support planning and implementation of technical and infrastructure activities; Assist in preparation and review of DPRs, drawings, specifications and reports; Undertake field inspections to monitor quality and physical progress; Compare site progress with approved plans, schedules and technical requirements; Document site observations, constraints and corrective-action needs; Support measurement and reporting of physical progress; Coordinate with Project Coordinator, contractors, consultants and municipal engineers; Provide technical inputs to progress reviews and reports; Maintain field records, inspection notes and photographic documentation; Support CITIIS platform reporting and technical capacity-building activities
