Sustainable Urban Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:
• Assess existing urban infrastructure systems.
• Prepare sector diagnostics and investment plans.
• Develop sustainable mobility strategies.
• Support public transport and EV transition planning.
• Advise on water supply, wastewater and stormwater management.
• Develop solid waste and circular economy strategies.
• Identify renewable energy and energy efficiency interventions.
• Integrate resilience and nature-based solutions.
• Prepare feasibility assessments and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary experts.
• Develop technical specifications and reports.
• Support project prioritisation and financing discussions.
• Conduct stakeholder consultations.
• Review DPRs and engineering concepts.
• Promote innovation and international best practices.
Required skills:
Master's in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Transportation, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, Energy, Infrastructure Planning or related.
Preferred: Chartered Engineer or sector certifications.
8–15 years in planning and delivery of urban infrastructure and climate-resilient systems.
