Responsibilities
Establish and maintain quality assurance systems, standards, and procedures; Define inspection and testing methods to evaluate precision, accuracy, and reliability of products; Review engineering designs to integrate quality requirements and considerations; Support product teams by gathering and analysing production & quality-related challenges; Supervise and develop personnel to ensure efficient operation of the quality function; Act as advisor to the team, actively engaging to meet schedules and resolve problems; Manage Customer and third-party audits; Problem solving (root cause failure analysis) and taking corrective action to Operational challenges; Analyze field return information for areas of quality improvement if needed; Provide Quality Engineering technical evaluation with Design of Experiments and Process Capability studies; Take the role of quality continuous improvement & process excellence; Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc.) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures.
