Follow up with suppliers daily for expedites; prepare root cause and action plan for service review meetings weekly; review and adjust safety stock and reorder points monthly; analyze and update SAP parameters quarterly; provide schedule for pilots weekly; conduct 1:1 handshakes with final assembly PCAs; ensure delivery confirmations with vendors and reflect dates in SAP daily; escalate critical components daily; provide blocked invoice solutions with vendors and AP weekly; convert purchase requisitions to POs weekly; track shipping numbers and resolve dock/receive issues with logistics daily; ensure STO compliance for raw materials weekly; follow up on STO aging reports daily; review ECOs with Ops coordinator to assign effective dates weekly; create return POs supporting the quality team daily; attend and participate in Kata meetings daily
