Responsibilities
Support and maintain EHS programs in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; Coordinate contractor safety documentation and support EHS oversight for site and campus projects; Partner with internal teams and external agencies to support audits, inspections, and regulatory visits; Implement site-level EHS procedures and ensure accountability for compliance; Provide technical EHS support for projects, processes, and site operations; Manage EHS training programs, including hazard-based training, training matrix maintenance, and record tracking; Maintain and execute emergency response plans, including annual evacuation drills; Investigate injuries, illnesses, and incidents; report metrics and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence; Conduct risk assessments, ergonomic evaluations, and ensure appropriate PPE and control measures are in place; Support fire safety systems, inspections, and coordination with fire safety personnel; Perform internal EHS audits and support EHS performance assessments; Manage environmental data reporting and support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives; Support ongoing environmental and safety management systems, including ISO 14001 certification.
