Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end integration and test oversight for a next-generation satellite program; Deliver a fully verified space system from component integration through launch site operations; Own the AIT strategy, execution, and team performance; Partner with Systems Engineering teams to review and critique parts selection; Collaborate with suppliers' manufacturing and test organizations to ensure on-time delivery; Drive verification & validation (V&V) efforts; Oversee and review supplier AIT plans, GSE needs, test procedures, scripts, execution, and deliverables; Participate in test readiness reviews, nonconformance reviews, anomaly resolution, and post-test analysis; Ensure compliance with applicable space system test standards; Partner cross-functionally to resolve integration and test challenges; Support launch campaign activities including final integration and troubleshooting; Provide critical reporting on supplier AIT schedules and risks.
