Direct teams for integration of Generation Resources and Large Loads from application to commissioning; Develop and improve interconnection processes including screening and full studies; Revise ERCOT Protocols and Planning Guides for new technologies; Coordinate cross-functional efforts on interconnection policy and standards; Maintain tools and data flows for interconnection tracking; Evaluate study results for consistency and reliability alignment; Represent ERCOT in external meetings with policymakers and industry groups; Develop reports on interconnection queue status and performance metrics; Coordinate with System Planning for reliability needs; Identify staffing and tool requirements; Manage departmental O&M and capital budgets.
