Drive major subcontract execution including cost, schedule, technical, and quality performance; Manage integration of Subcontracts, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Planning teams; Serve as primary point of contact between subcontractor and project management; Oversee entire procurement cycle; Address critical issues including proposal evaluations and contract modifications; Develop subcontract specifications and terms; Lead key supplier negotiations; Control costs and perform price analysis; Develop supplier sourcing strategies and metrics; Measure and improve supplier performance; Mentor and manage the Purchasing/Subcontracts Team; Implement GR/IR strategies for timely payment
