Support project managers with cost estimation, financial analysis, and project performance reporting; Conduct resource analysis and management support including accounting activities; Undertake financial analysis of approved program contract data against budgets; Support the development and submission of Additional Estimate and Budget Estimate documentation; Assist project teams with monthly management of approved finances against project budgets; Prepare the Monthly Program Performance Report focusing on financial health, trends, risks, and opportunities.
