Supervise contractor teams on cable pulling, termination, and equipment installation. Identify and escalate field issues like routing clashes. Track daily progress and report deviations. Support construction sequencing for load transfer and system cutover. Provide input during constructability reviews. Coordinate with disciplines for safe SIMOPS execution. Verify engineering deliverables readiness. Prepare work package components like cable schedules and loop diagrams. Maintain red-line markups and test documentation. Ensure compliance with grounding/bonding rules and project specs. Support commissioning with loop testing and energization prep. Monitor contractor performance and work-front readiness. Implement Work Face Planning. Coordinate with operations for live plant execution.
