Manage technical integrity of Instrumentation & Control systems; Execute maintenance support projects including procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover; Plan and execute asset replacement based on obsolescence reports; Participate in Design Technical Review Meetings, Site Surveys, Factory Acceptance Tests, and commissioning; Conduct Formal Safety Assessment studies (HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, FTA, FMEA); Troubleshoot breakdowns and equipment failures; Liaise with OEMs, vendors, and support teams; Coordinate with reliability teams for preventive maintenance programs; Establish and manage service contracts for critical systems.
