Lead HSE engineering activities during project development and execution; Develop and review project HSE philosophies, strategies, and technical safety requirements; Lead and facilitate safety studies (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, Bow-Tie, QRA, EIA, SIMOPS, Emergency Response); Develop and review process safety deliverables (Fire & Gas, Fire Protection, ESD, Hazardous Area Classification, EER, SCE Registers); Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and ADNOC environmental standards; Mentor junior HSE engineers and specialists; Conduct technical investigations and root cause analyses for incidents and near misses.
