Lead FEED and DE activities for open-art and licensed units; Liaise with licensors, EPC contractors, and stakeholders; Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, HMBs, and material selection diagrams; Support risk assessments (HAZID/HAZOP/SIL); Prepare engineering deliverables (data sheets, specs, calculations, drawings); Ensure compliance with codes and standards; Provide input for cost estimation and procurement; Monitor engineering progress against milestones; Participate in design and constructability reviews; Provide technical support during construction and commissioning.
