Responsibilities
Develop and update phase-appropriate cost estimates for MTAC scopes; Perform cost tracking, forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis; Manage commitments, purchase orders, work orders, and invoice validation; Prepare routine cost reports and dashboards highlighting trends and risks; Interface with contractors to review cost performance and forecast accuracy; Support closeout activities including final cost reconciliation and documentation.
