Responsibilities
Assist in creation and structuring of new investment products within the Renewable Power and Transition franchise; Support execution, structuring, and negotiation of equity capital solutions including co-investments, continuation vehicles, yield cos, club deals, joint ventures, and minority stake sales; Lead investor diligence by leveraging knowledge of investment underwritten business plans, risk/return profiles, and value drivers; Prepare investment memoranda, financial models, and due diligence materials; Manage data rooms; Demonstrate investor presence during outreach to identify and reach out to potential investment partners; Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders with minimal oversight; Present issues and recommend solutions in internal meetings with senior team members.
