Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day direction to Auto Maintenance team members and vendors; Supervise and direct assigned Technicians by determining work procedures and assigning duties; Ensure service/repair work meets company standards and regulations; Purchase equipment, materials, and supplies; Approve and forward bills and invoices to Accounting; Monitor staff levels to ensure efficiency and quality; Enforce company policies regarding employee and customer conduct; Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for quality; Mentor and teach Technicians to ensure team growth.
