Responsibilities
Support current EDI requirements with all customers and assure 100% ASN accuracy; Ensure customer orders are entered in the ERP system in an accurate and timely manner; Evaluate most efficient shipment method to comply with customer delivery dates and internal production needs; Create and manage chargebacks to customers/suppliers as required; Provide information about schedule changes and part shortages to the production line; Work directly with suppliers to ensure materials are available on-time to support production orders; Account for inventory turns for assigned production lines and implement improvement projects; Prepare system for Shipping to prepare customer deliveries in the most efficient manner.
