Support implementation for the Arden Plant Digitization Project including Charter, Resources, RASIC, Timing, Budget, and Communication plans; Interface with cross functional teams including Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, IT and Finance; Lead the improvement, execution, and sustainability plan for a time-study program; Perform tasks in support of the implementation of Arden Production System such as communications, 5S+ activities, standard work development, time studies, KPI analysis and visual presentation, and problem solving; Run small projects in support of Arden Production System: understand objectives, develop and gain alignment on a project plan, execute the project plan, perform PDCA, communicate status
