Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Supervise daily refinery, fractionation, and washing plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.

• Monitor process parameters, product quality, equipment performance, and production targets.

• Coordinate with operators, maintenance, quality, and HSE teams to resolve operational issues.

• Ensure all activities follow safety, health, environmental, and company procedures.

• Support troubleshooting, shift handover, manpower planning, and improvement activities.

• Report plant performance, issues, and action plans to the Refinery Manager.
