Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train WTP and WWTP operators and technicians.
• Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for WTP and WWTP equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Manage chemical inventory, ordering, and usage for water and wastewater treatment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and analytical data.
• Prepare operational reports and contribute to budget planning.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless plant operations.
• Respond to and resolve operational emergencies in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in WTP and WWTP operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, technologies, and regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & SAP.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work from Mon - Fri and alternate Sat (half day).
• Willing to be place in Dumai, Riau.
