Lead end-to-end execution of capital projects from concept through commissioning and handover; Coordinate the overall site Capital portfolio; Partner with business, operations, engineering, and finance teams to align project objectives with business priorities; Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery; Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and external engineering partners; Drive engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities; Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle; Communicate project progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership teams; Identify opportunities to improve project performance, mitigate risks, and maximize investment value; Promote continuous improvement by sharing best practices and lessons learned across projects.
