Responsibilities:
Initiate, lead and manage production process modifications and improvement e.g improve yields/capacity, reduce consumption, new technology/materials.
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily in-process quality control monitoring, process control, addressing alarm and troubleshooting process problems.
• Perform calculation and simulation related to mass, heat transfer and liquid gasses thermodynamics etc.
• Perform process efficiency monitoring on reactions, heat exchangers, economizers and separation equipment to meet/exceed process KPI.
• Perform hazard operability analysis or equivalent and take part in safety audit/ assessment.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
