Responsibilities
Support safe and efficient ship management across Fleet Management & Technology; Actively participate in discovery work for new features and enhancements across StarConnect; Provide maritime operational insight to shape concepts, workflows, and storyboards; Prepare user guidelines and SOPs; Provide day-to-day support to vessels and developers regarding application behaviour, data interpretation, and operational scenarios; Plan and manage feature StarConnect rollouts to the fleet; Monitor and respond to new maritime legislation; Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Fleet Technology, Cargo Management, and Global Stowage; Represent company interests with external stakeholders such as flag and port state authorities, industry organizations, and customers; Initiate lashing equipment stocktaking projects; Structure new Port Memo system ensuring structure, data governance and integration; Ensure Port Memo data is validated and updated; Nautical procedure review and update.
