Lead site reliability initiatives to improve Total Effective Equipment Performance (TEEP) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); Analyze equipment performance data to identify recurring issues and eliminate failures; Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations and implement corrective actions; Manage and optimize preventive maintenance programs and maintenance strategies; Serve as owner of the Mechanical Integrity and Quality Assurance (MIQA) Program; Manage equipment testing, inspection, and mechanical integrity activities; Partner with cross-functional teams to design for reliability and maintainability; Lead critical spare parts assessments and inventory optimization efforts
