Responsibilities
Manage SI VGM ISF AMS Pre-alert and other documents for export shipments; Monitor, record, and report performance to enhance operational efficiency; Comply with customer SOPs and monitor respective KPIs; Identify deviations between practice and IOPs/SOPs and take corrective action; Respond to inquiries and escalate issues as defined in SOPs/IOPs; Execute reports and tasks assigned by Team Leader/Manager.
