Responsibilities
Own and govern the Integration and Testing Strategy for automation and OT deployments; Develop and maintain Test Plans, governance frameworks, schedules, and acceptance criteria; Coordinate end-to-end testing activities including FAT, SAT, SIT, UAT, and performance testing; Establish requirement-to-test traceability across business, system, safety, and technical interfaces; Lead integration planning across terminal OS, equipment control, crane automation, and OT infrastructure; Manage defect governance processes including prioritization, root cause analysis, and escalation; Coordinate testing activities between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders; Support transition to business-as-usual operations through knowledge transfer and documentation.
