Provide expert operational support for Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) clusters, Act as a key point of escalation for complex OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container platform issues, Own production incidents end-to-end including diagnosis and root-cause analysis, Drive upgrades and cluster lifecycle operations across ARO, Identify, implement and maintain monitoring for the ARO platform, Support major incidents and participate in out-of-hours and on-call work
