Ensure smooth production running by maintaining quality of raw material & finished product, Meet targets for OEE, Yield, CAPA, and Efficiency improvement, Control waste and scrap to achieve zero/minimum give away, Comply with company policy, HSE standards, and procedures, Manage daily production tasks including machine start up, shutdown, and maintenance, Ensure raw material stock replenishment and manpower arrangement, Attend breakdowns and solve problems during production runs, Ensure production quantity and quality to meet customer shipment dates, Reduce wastage and improve yield and efficiency continuously
