Manage Shipping Instruction and document submission workflows, coordinate with Customer Service to issue FCR/HBL and transmit SI via EDI, handle data input into Maersk SCM systems, monitor customer ASN and custom manifest quality, resolve daily operational issues and ad-hoc cases, act as focal point for projects and new account implementations, propose solutions to customers and support issue resolution
