Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers and internal teams (SCM, Ocean, 4PL, Warehouse) for stuffing plans and shipment logistics; Handle daily operations for new and existing accounts; Respond to customer inquiries and resolve exceptions; Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs); Ensure compliance with audit controls and operational KPIs; Drive operational excellence through KPI analysis; Work independently with minimal supervision; Contribute to process improvements and service expansion; Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Manager.
