Responsibilities
Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and inspections to identify maintenance requirements and safety concerns; Perform routine general maintenance and minor repairs including painting, plumbing, and electrical work; Monitor critical facility equipment and systems including generators, UPS, and HVAC; Support execution of preventive maintenance schedules for plant and equipment; Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities and ensure service documentation is maintained; Accompany and support approved vendors during maintenance and repairs; Monitor vendor activities and report work status to leadership; Conduct routine inspections of fire and life-safety equipment; Maintain accurate inspection logs, equipment readings, and maintenance records; Respond to facility-related incidents and assist with initial troubleshooting; Assist with furniture, equipment, and asset movement and workspace setup; Support emergency response and after-hours facilities activities
