Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support for Global Unix/Linux Platforms; Resolve service issues within agreed Service Level Agreements; Provide day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support; Install, manage, and administer various flavors of UNIX and RHEV hypervisors; Identify and develop scripts for automating manual tasks; Perform Problem Management including Root Cause Investigation; Deploy changes to development, staging, production, and DR environments; Manage server clustering and fail-overs; Monitor server health status and OS health checks; Enforce corporate Unix/Linux security policies; Conduct routine hardware and software audits; Perform capacity planning and performance tuning.
