Own the Finance agenda for the Commercial organization and serve as lead Finance representative on the Commercial Leadership Team; Partner with the VP of Commercial and senior leaders to shape strategy through insight and constructive challenge; Lead financial governance of the primes productivity agenda and translate commodity markets and supplier economics into clear implications; Connect Commercial decisions to enterprise and PGT priorities including growth, margin, cost, and cash; Lead forecasting, planning, and performance management agendas ensuring transparent assumptions and clear financial outcomes; Maintain oversight of period-close activities while focusing primarily on forward-looking leadership and value creation; Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Finance team to build capability in financial analysis and business partnering.
