Define subsea access and intervention concepts across riser-based, riserless, light well intervention, P&A, inspection, maintenance, and offshore lifecycle scopes; Assess operating envelopes, water depth, metocean, wellhead and tree interfaces, tooling compatibility, ROV requirements, vessel spread, and equipment availability; Identify wells, subsea, marine, controls, facilities, HSE, logistics, regulatory and commercial inputs required during design; Define offshore execution constraints, logistics, weather sensitivity, regulatory requirements, SIMOPS issues, HSE exposure, and risk mitigation measures; Compare subsea intervention options, define cost and schedule drivers, and recommend the most appropriate value-based approach; Translate subsea intervention capabilities into integrated proposals that demonstrate feasibility, execution confidence, cost discipline, and lifecycle value
