Develop and maintain Autonomous Maintenance standards per TPM/MSE methodology; Create, implement, and update CIL and Centerline standards; Manage SOC and HTR processes to eliminate waste sources; Implement Visual Management and conduct standard audits; Support Autonomous Work Teams and develop operator competencies; Organize technical training and Deep Cleaning workshops; Support OEE improvement, Minor Stops reduction, and process waste elimination; Promote BHP, LOTO, 5S, and GMP/GHP standards; Participate in continuous improvement and operational transformation projects; Build a culture of ownership and safety; Engage colleagues in TPM and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
