Lead and support all Systems Engineering disciplines including Systems Engineers and Testing Engineers, chair system level design reviews, approve all system documentation, manage the EPC Systems Engineering budget and schedule, develop and implement the System Engineering Management Plan, ensure all System Interfaces are professionally managed, oversee system testing to ensure design meets customer requirements, own Project Technical Risk Management, ensure diligent control of the Technical Change process, provide regular reporting of Project Engineering status to the client and stakeholders, deliver professional handover of engineering aspects to the Services Organization, lead technical aspects of commercial pursuits
