Apply well execution plans and ensure rig crews operate assigned drilling rigs correctly. Implement and maintain the Noble Maintenance Program on each assigned rig. Guide rig personnel in pre-planning upcoming jobs to maximize opportunities. Assist in annual budget preparations and cost control procedures. Perform audits and rig inspections to maintain operational standards. Coordinate the development of newly appointed senior team members offshore. Support the provision of consulting and specialist services related to MODU operations.
