Define minimum and maximum stock levels and reorder thresholds; place orders with suppliers based on production planning and consumption forecasts; organize daily raw material receipts; anticipate stockout risks and implement corrective actions; perform and validate raw material inventories; analyze variances and root causes; assign raw materials to storage spaces (silos, tanks, warehouses); optimize storage capacities; coordinate transport services and select carriers; process invoices and manage billing disputes; ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; collaborate with Quality, Production, and Logistics teams
