Lead OT and Automation team for technical leadership and people management; Provide strategic direction and governance for OT system road-mapping; Act as point of contact for PAS and OT systems during project delivery and operations; Serve as DCM/CI owner for automation digital capabilities across the SDLC; Lead continuous improvement initiatives, RCAs, CAPAs, and Change Controls; Manage oncall support processes as L2 support; Collaborate with global SMEs for standardization; Drive development of PAS standards, design approaches, and SOPs; Support internal and external audits.
