Integrate cross-functional teams to execute the CVS process from pre-engineering through project closure; Manage execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation; Coordinate and drive execution planning meetings, de-risking workshops, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT); Lead the team through the Handover process ensuring relevant items are completed with supporting evidence; Ensure asset-specific readiness and compliance with design requirements; Track progress against KPIs and milestones to ensure committed benefits are delivered; Execute Operations & Maintenance training plans; Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
