Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS laws and regulations; manage PSM elements for the Cogeneration Plant; support PSM documentation including PSI, P&IDs, and chemical inventories; lead Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and HAZOP studies; oversee Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR); develop and implement EHS programs and training; investigate industrial accidents to prevent recurrence; participate in EHS operational discussions, committees, and audits; conduct SOP reviews against BMS standards; coach and mentor EHS team members.
