Responsibilities
Install, qualify, calibrate, verify, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and analytical instrumentation; Perform preventative maintenance on LC-MS systems and coordinate vendor services; Maintain equipment lifecycle documentation, inventories, and risk assessments; Partner with cross-functional teams for software validation and infrastructure support; Lead onboarding and qualification of new equipment; Serve as subject matter expert during audits and resolve quality incidents; Manage business continuity planning and equipment evaluation projects; Train and mentor staff on process and safety improvements
