Responsibilities
Maintain company Safety Standards and proactively improve SHE awareness; Perform assigned Quality Control Testing using approved methods; Classify product against customer specification and transfer to Finished Goods; Qualify and validate testing protocols; Operate QC Laboratory equipment with ISO9001 Compliance; Write and revise Quality Control procedures documentation; Perform data entry and trend analysis reporting abnormal trends; Communicate results to plant production team; Provide technical support for plant operations (e.g., HCl testing); Conduct root cause analysis of failed or suspect materials; Undertake laboratory investigations and prepare reports of findings; Deliver training assistance as required
